After 7 albums indirectly devoted to maternal cultural heritage (Jewish origins of Transylvania), Yom designed this new album as a reinterpretation of his father's American exile in the 50s in the USA. This is how he imagines his epic, the writing of this family legend, a crossing of romantic, nostalgic, dreamy but also arid and violent America. A kind of folk songs album he sings with his clarinet to his father, but also to all those who spend their lives on the road, nomads, hobos, displaced persons, refugees...
