The inspired virtuoso clarinettist Yom, who in his own words is "of Klezmer origin", has constantly devoted himself to the exploration of different musical aesthetics and giving his own Klezmer interpretations.

This insatiably versatile artist, a man constantly in search of the absolute, tries his hand at everything from traditional to electronic music, via rock, Americana and even completely unclassifiable forms, without ever losing sight of his vision of music: an approach to the human soul, a need for universality and spirituality, that have led him in the past few years to develop his language by taking inspiration from sacred music. This basic idea, lending coherence to his work, already applied to his duo with Wang Li and to “Le Silence de l’Exode”, and in 2017 it will be the guiding principle for two new works, "Prière" and "Illuminations": new stages along his chosen path.
